[問題] 對飲食有點困惑~~
現在熱量每天控制在1500大卡左右,有重訓那天會到2000大卡
也成功的有瘦下來,至少以前可觀的游泳圈不見了
不過現在問題來了
因為現在是兩天跑一次健身房,一次約兩小時半
我擔心吃太少會讓肌肉長不快
但是又怕吃太多長肥肉
大家說重訓要多吃
所以我現在陷入這種矛盾之中
請問大家會吃多還吃少?究竟該怎麼吃呢?
