[問題] 下背可以這樣練嗎?
就是人趴在地上,雙手向前伸直
後面一個人幫壓腿
然後上半身挺起來,再放下去.....ㄧ直重複
請問可以這樣練嗎?會不會傷脊椎啊?
最近同學帶操都會做這個動作
我看大家上半身都可以挺得很高
也不知道這動作O不OK
我是做不太起來啦,怕會傷到
