[問題] 課程比較
我想請大家幫我看看
哪一個效果比較好
先聲明 因為身上沒太多錢
所以只好在家裡運動= =
目前我的課表是
1200下仰臥起坐(分別練上腹&下腹各600) + 300下伏地挺身 + 20下站立滾輪 + 1組電腦人
然後隔天就是跑步有氧
就是練ㄧ天 然後隔天跑步
但是最近想改一下課表
改成1天3組電腦人 然後ㄧ天跑步有氧
想問問看大家的意見
哪一個比較好? 1.繼續做原本的就好 2.改成1天3組電腦人
