因為自己有在運動!
力氣不夠所以要自主重訓!
關於重訓~~
每個禮拜要幾次才夠!!
一次又要維持多久~
才能達到長久的體力累積~~
順便問一下~
臂力每天最伏地挺身有用嗎?
有的話要每天幾次 = 3=!
