[問題] 體重
在本版爬一下文,大多說有運動就會長肌肉,
能變壯(胖)一點。可是我好像相反,,囧
高二沒啥運動,正餐有吃不吃宵夜零食,曾經達到66kg。
現在大一因為加入系隊,最少運動兩天,正餐有吃外加宵夜,才57kgˊ口ˋ
想吃胖可是吃不起來,練出來的肌肉跟別人胖胖沒練的很像ˊ口ˋ。
想請問該怎麼辦呢?
