[問題] 又有問題了= =
請問板上高手們
最近在健身房裡面,看到很多人喜歡做一個動作
就是把左腳跪在長凳上,然後右腳站立 右手拿啞鈴
右手先垂直放下 然後把啞鈴往上提
請問這動作是訓練三頭跟三角嗎?
常常看有人在做這動作耶....
另外就是請問關於瘦小腹
請問要瘦小腹 每天仰臥起坐可以嗎?
還是說一定要慢跑 有氧減脂呢?
