[心得] 拜肌的心態
健身增肌一事自娛娛人
引起動機分為 : 1.自我興奮與刺激 2.自我的比較及超越
3.予別人興奮與刺激 4.與別人的比較及超越
積極的拜肌狂著重一二兩點內在需求較三四點外在動力多
這樣比較能長期專心致力於乏味的重量訓練
效果會隨時間顯見
消極的拜肌狂關於上述四點內心都無所動
投射自身的狂熱症於生活能獲取的各類拜肌資源 網路、多媒體和健身房等等
積極與消極的拜肌狂區分不在身材養成的狀況
雖說通常我們第一眼看人會這樣定位
我覺得應在有無自我感覺進化追求的心態
很多人很無奈 曾有進化的心與行為出現 但總覺得力不從心
所以可能從積極者畏縮回消極者 以保護自己內心的感受
衝突在於沒有真正放下對肌肉的執著
可能時拾起運動一陣 時放下棄之
讓自己停停走走不成事
如果能夠真正打從心底放下的話 這樣也沒何不好
就不要有過多對肌肉塊追求的慾望
問題是 多少拜肌狂在一定年紀內能做得到哩 ??
