我自覺的 很多有氧運動都著重下半身
當我每次在做運動時
駐店的教練(他曾經跟我推銷過,但我以前報過教練課,覺得自己練比較好)
就會時不時跑到我旁邊來刺激我....之前我騎飛輪,他跟我說 不要一直騎飛輪
要多做其它的運動,因為我的肌肉已經習慣飛輪運動(我已經騎三年飛輪,
基乎每天固定)
最近有在做登階,維持心率在130~140之間...自覺得好像蠻有效果的...> <
正在做登階時,教練又跑過來跟我說...你要多做拉身,會很辛苦唷...要練瑜珈
或balance。....> <
.........反正就覺得 他一直在等我去找他報教練課就對了
唉................................我常跑健身房..但教練可能看我沒啥效果
所以一直來跟我推銷吧.....> <
