[問題] 我是女生 我想讓大腿變粗
有爬過文了但似乎都是男孩健身的方式...
我想問女生想讓大腿變粗也得靠重訓嗎?
還有沒有其他方法呢?
有點擔心大腿還沒粗 小腿就先壯了
因為我腿真的很細
以前不覺得
但現在看自己穿短褲跟短裙都覺得很難看
還有 訓練大腿也有辦法訓練到屁屁嗎?
希望大家能給我一點建議, 感激~
p.s.我平常沒什麼運動,頂多騎騎腳踏車和每天固定要爬的5層樓梯
