[問題] 揮棒?
不是以揮棒當運動目標
可是很好奇揮棒,有沒有練到肌肉的效果??
每天全身用力的揮60~100下
只是很單純的消耗體能嗎??還是多少有用...去打擊場連續揮個60球就很容易汗流浹背說

SORRY,我可以補問一個問題嘛...
就是人家說A-Rod很勇, 常常很多擠壓到的球...硬是被他很粗勇的muscle擠出去...
而這是指他哪裡練得很壯...? 臂力?? (這問題應該ok吧)
