以上就是我一個禮拜兩天的訓練課表~~~訓練時間大概40~45分鐘
中間會穿插兩天的戶外跑步有氧~大概也是40~45分鐘
一個禮拜基本鍛鍊時間為四天,其餘時間可能是出去玩或是週末下午打球一天
換句話說,你只需要每個禮拜撥出四天,一天撥出1小時運動
擁有健康的身材是並不難達成的~~~~這樣的課表我持續了三年
三年來維持身材的效果其實我還是蠻滿意的。。。。進步就別想了
