[問題] 請問上肢哪部份需要加強?
我是練跆拳道和散打的 瑜珈大概中級 練過田徑(中長)
一直以來都是希望自己的肌肉是偏向速度型以及耐力型的
所以不會刻意練得太重 但是有時候很難拿捏的準
因為我本身力氣滿大的 不知不覺就會練的很重
可是若要兼顧速度 似乎就必須中止持續加重
即便如此
我還是會去做一些重訓來增加爆發力和修飾身體線條
想請問板上是否也有這類型的
兼顧速度和力量的 謝謝
