記得前面有再討論臥推 槓放的低或放的高的效果
剛好看到這個影片~~

發現卡特他不管是啞玲.長槓臥推或是雙槓
都只做下半程 反而很少用到頂峰收縮@@a
看了一些影片 國外大隻佬的動作也幾乎都是快上快下,快速的移動
好像很少看到比較慢的動作@@

因為很多人用啞玲做飛鳥或是臥推
都會再推到最高點的時後收縮一下
可是這時候手已經幾乎打直而啞玲的力是往下的
變成頂峰收縮也只是在擠胸部@@那倒不如去做蝴蝶機XD
