[請益] 胖又減不下來會想去抽(溶)脂嗎?
大叔身高170,四年前體重約60kg
去年因為膝蓋受傷,整年幾乎沒什麼運動,前一陣子驚覺體重飆到68了,開始動一下
計畫是六、日找一天舉個錏鈴,一個禮拜約快走三天(30~40分鐘),做些氧臥起坐
持續兩個月了吧,可能肌肉有多一點,體重變69.5了,
又或是快走其實沒什麼效,以前跑步都流很多汗,快走感覺汗量很少
不過因為跑步膝蓋有點酸痛,舊傷還沒完全好吧(又或許體重增加..),目前還是只能快走
以前滾輪分段慢慢滾能滾個200多下,現在的話手肘會痛..也放棄了
這個月還有兩攤約吃飯的..
