Nelson在廣播時說：「我的工作是找出最適合的人選帶領球隊來脫離困境，而我也在名單中，但我是最後一個人選，而且是最不希望動用到的人選..我說過我們有很多很多的適合的人選，所以我想這事不會發生吧！」提到Carlisle就要說一下這位教練，之前溜馬跟活塞的教練，我注意很久了，因為我是溜馬迷。他是一個半場戰術系統非常強悍的一位教練，要從他手上看到小球或是無腦亂投是不可能的，他是一名非常傳統的教練，戰術傳統、思想傳統、管理傳統，這些傳統讓他帶領的球隊都有一定的競爭力，甚至可以讓只有六名球員的溜馬隊打出不錯的成績。另外他是一名相當重視防守的教練，因為他是傳統型教練，有多重視防守，看看之前的活塞跟溜馬就知道，都是聯盟中擅長防守的球隊，而活塞將防守到布朗爺時昇華到最高極限。但是他對球員的管教就很嚴苛，之前有人批評過他不怎麼近人情，因為他對心態比較頑劣的球員都會用非常手段來馴服他們，之前在溜馬，阿泰的冰凍期，冰到交易，雖然他對外說是因為手腕傷，但是事實上大家都知道，因為阿泰對卡帥的管教和給他的上場時間、出手次數不滿，才把他冰起來的。他是個非常老古板的人，但是這樣古板的戰術，如果球隊是一堆老鳥，就會是一件好事，因為可以很快融入他的半場戰術系統跟防守系統中，不用重新磨鍊菜鳥的防守跟陣勢觀念，可是如果被他帶的球隊，也會陷入「球賽很難看」的思考當中，很多人都會說Carlisle沒有什麼特別的戰術，就是很傳統的半場戰而已，由後衛發動，內線主攻；想要看到什麼小球、快攻急停投三分，除非是像當初神米之於球隊，也就是Dirk之於小牛的那種角色，不然應該沒多久就被換下來了。換換戰術系統也好，因為Carlisle的功力就是不管球員是誰，只要肯拼，他都可以炒出一道漂亮的菜，如果真的由Carlisle來接管小牛，可以期待小牛用現階段的攻擊火力，下球季變身成既會攻擊又會防守的勁旅。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 202.132.102.85
