Definition of circumcenter: the point at which the perpendicular bisectors of
the sides of a triangle intersect and which is equidistant from the three
vertices
Definition of excenter: the center of an escribed circle
circumcenter定義就是外心(外接圓的圓心)。
excenter的定義就是旁心(旁切圓的圓心)。
台大圖書館所有英英辭典均未收錄escenter。
這牽涉到的數學概念很簡單，英文也不難。
日文也是如此翻譯:
外接円の中心を外心 (circumcenter)
傍接円の中心を傍心（ぼうしん、excenter）

我又再一次仔細查閱英國和美國出版的英英辭典。我可以很肯定地說:
外心: circumcenter(美式英語)；circumcentre(英式英語)。
旁心: excenter(美式英語)；excentre(英式英語)。
