大一微積分的題目
好像是連續的兩題
1. If f has a local minimum value at c, show that the function g(x)=-f(x)
has a local maximum value at c.
2. Prove Fermat's Theorem for the case in which f has a local minimum at c.
第一題我沒有問題,不過第二題就看不懂了
看了解答寫法是:
If f has a local minimum at c, then g(x)=-f(x) has a local maximum at c, so
g'(c)=0 by the case of Fermat's Theorem proved in the text.
Thus,f'(c)=-g'(c)=0
想請問:
1.第二題的題目是在問什麼
