[排隊論]維修機械一題
題目是:
Suppose that one repairman has been assigned the responsibility of
maintaining four machines. For each machine, the probability distribution of running time before a
break-down is in Poisson's distribution with a mean of eight hours. The repair time has an exponential distribution
with a mean of two hours. Another repairman will come to repair the break-down machine(s)
also, if more than two machines are out of service. Calculate the expected number of machines that
are not running.

我的想法是知道 進入率=8, 服務率=2, 而服務人員=1/2...
