solution With g(t)＝cost , a＝π
then g(t+π)＝ cos(t+π)＝-cost by the addition
formula for the cosine function. Hence by
[Ｌ{g(t)ｕ(t-a)}＝ｅ^(-as) Ｌ{g(t+a)}]
Ｌ{cost ｕ(t-π)}＝ｅ^(-πs) Ｌ{cost}＝(ｅ^(-πs))*((-s)/((s^2)+1))
