Although "Lecture Notes in Computer Science" is not a journal per se, it is
a highly cited proceedings series that is included in our journal products.
It is listed on the Master Journal List on our Web site and in the Source
List for WoS, as well as being included in JCR and our Compumath Citation
Index.
We consider the articles to be equivalent to those published in a journal
covered in our products.

這個問題我也請過台灣 LNCS 負責人轉達詢問過
基本上, 根據不同會議和期刊的規定會有不同的結果
不過, 建議是兩篇文章不要一樣
