效果:加強平衡能力,促進手臂後側,腿部,(腹直肌)線條發展
方法:
1.單腿直立~雙手體側維持平衡~另一腿盡量保持平伸抬高(如影片中36秒開始處示範)
2.直立之腿 ~屈膝下蹲~另一腿伸直抬高 不可觸地
3.回覆單腿為一次動作。雙腿交互實行~反覆練習
(優點):運動占用坪數小(套房,靠床即可)
