要扯複雜一點的話
planeswalker進場後，主動玩家(你)會得到優先權
而不是他
這時候照題目的意思，你是使用+1 counter那個異能
而因為+1 counter是費用，而不是需要進入堆疊等待結算的效應
所以當你的朋友可以回應的時候
Garruk已經有4個counters了= =+
