303.4f If an Aura is entering the battlefield under a player's control by any
means other than by resolving as an Aura spell, and the effect putting it
onto the battlefield doesn't specify the object or player the Aura will
enchant, that player chooses what it will enchant as the Aura enters the
battlefield. The player must choose a legal object or player according to the
Aura's enchant ability and any other applicable effects.

303.4f 如果有靈氣將透過正常結算以外的方式(於某玩家的操控下)進入戰場，
且那個將該靈氣放進戰場的效應並未特別提及要將該靈氣結附於什麼物件或玩家的話
那麼該玩家便要為該靈氣選擇其進戰場時所要結附之處。
該玩家必須根據靈氣的結附異能與其它相關的效應來選擇合法的物件。
根據303.4f答案是可以貼在帷幕生物上
帷幕雖然說該生物不能成為咒語或異能的目標
可是很抱歉，整個303.4f也沒提到半個target字眼
最後一句話講的「any other applicable effects」
指的是如果某永久物有什麼反結界保護的話就不能成為選擇
不過這規則超不直覺的，大概M99就會改掉了
