除了高雄輕軌外
包括北投輕軌
甚至是台中的BRT(B級路權)
就我直觀的感覺 都比不上直接做RTRT (中文叫膠輪式捷運系統?)
理由是 以舒適、安全、迅速這三點來做衡量
路權的加分遠比軌道來的高
況且以經濟面來看
軌道運輸的建置成本、維護成本都遠比膠輪來的高
也甚至像大家質疑高雄輕軌的安全問題
<其實大部分路段會做阻隔吧?像公車專用道那樣>
很好奇的是 為什麼這麼經濟、舒適、效率、易培養乘客的RTRT
好像從來沒被提起過? 又或者都被否決了?
就我所知 日本是有A型路權的公車
也知道有些觀光區只有輕軌電車能上去(也相當於A型路權了)
