捷運跳軌事件多 付出有形無形社會成本大

台北捷運新店區公所站15號晚間,再度發生跳軌事件,也因為意圖自殺民眾多,台北捷運
已經積極評估94座車站加裝月台門的可行性,而每次捷運一有乘客跳軌,就會影響營運、
調度,也影響數萬乘客的搭乘權益,捷運警察隊表示,每次處理跳軌事件,不僅影響列車
行駛,付出社會成本大,也對其他乘客造成心理影響。(林麗玉報導)
台北捷運新店線15號晚間,再度發生民眾蓄意跳軌,這幾年台北捷運發生乘客跳軌案件數
越來越多,不僅影響列車正常營運,每次一有乘客跳軌,動輒影響數萬乘客的搭車權益,
台北捷運警察隊長宋景武說,每次有乘客跳軌,都會造成其他乘客心理的負面影響。宋景
武說,以往台鐵臥軌案件也相當多,不過台鐵地下化後,捷運跳軌的事故越來越多,為了
避免跳軌事件增多,捷運也積極規劃加裝月台門,防止民眾跳軌意外不斷發生。
而每次發生有乘客跳軌,捷運公司從事故處理,緊急採取單線雙向應變,啟動接駁公車服
務,儘管捷運公司應變能力相當快速,不過每次發生事故,還是影響數萬乘客搭車權益,
付出的有形、無形社會成本相當大,而臺北捷運公司正積極評估,捷運94座車站全面加裝
月台門的可行性,目前捷運94個車站,已經有42個車站設置月臺門,為了防止民眾落軌,
已經規劃從今年到102年,在捷運交會站及運量較大的車站,例如民權西路站、忠孝新生站
、古亭站、中正紀念堂站、西門站、南港站、中山站、新埔站、板橋站、頂溪站、劍潭站
、淡水站、忠孝敦化站、龍山寺站、公館站等15車站增設月臺門。
