不敢說是前輩，在這裡提供一下
接上外接硬碟後，使用 chmod 修改模式
假設 mount 到 /Volumes/ExternalDisk，請視實際情形修改
到終端機底下輸入如下
$ chmod -R +r /Volumes/ExternalDisk
$ ls /Volumes/ExternalDisk
看檔案有沒有出現
