1 - You have to compile and install the Jpcap library.
You can download it here.
And here is the process of installation. (look at the Mac OS X part)
這邊告訴你要下載 Jpcap 原始碼回來編譯、安裝

2 - Be sure Java in installed and then, download TubeMaster++ for linux

下載 Linux 版本的 TubeMaster++
3 - Unpack the archive and try to run tm++.jar. AS ROOT !.
解壓縮檔案，並且以 root 身份執行 tm++.jar
這邊可以考慮開終端機/iTerm2 然後用 sudo 執行
