仍然是Paul Dalglish的嘴砲關於他對新主帥人選的看法... @pauldalglish First we have to be realistic, just like we have to be realistic with player targets. Many names have already turned it down. We are not in the CL and we are not based in London. Many foreign managers and players want to live in London. Therefore we will have about 5th choice on players that want to come to the EPL after City, Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal and possibly Spurs. Tax in the UK for players is 50% so we have to pay players and coaches more to come here. So if we are 5th or 6th choice in the UK and behind other countries as a destination to play, then we have to be realistic about who we can bring in and what players they can attract when we do. 首先我們得實際一點，就跟買球員一樣，一堆名帥已經婉拒邀約，我們沒有歐冠可以打，也不是倫敦的球會，很多外國教練和球員都想待在倫敦，因此對於想來英超發展的球員來說，我們大約是第五順位，在油鬼車槍之後，可能也在刺刺之後。英國對運動員收入課稅達50%，所以我們要付比別國更多的錢來請球員跟教練。因此，當英超已經落後其他聯賽，而我們在英超又只能是第五或第六順位，那我們不能期待我們可以買到或吸引到哪些大物球員。 Lets trim it down to the 3 main contenders that have been spoken about. Rafa, AVB and RM. All very different with pro's and cons. RM is an ex team mate of mine so i am a little biased as i like him but i even i don't think he is ready for LFC. Just like you should look at the big picture after bad times you need to look at the big picture in good times. Wigan were in the bottom 3 most of the season. 直接把範圍縮小到已經談過的三個吧，也就是Rafa、AVB跟Martinez，非常不一樣的三個教練，各自都有優缺點。Martinez是我前隊友，所以我對他有點偏好，但我也不覺得他準備好接利物浦了。你不只需要考慮誰能解決目前困境，也要考慮帶起來之後的問題(譯註:Paul之前就有說過Martinez缺乏歐戰經驗是個問題)。Wigan在賽季大半時候都是在降級區。 AVB is a more qualified candiate as he has been at the top level with Porto and Chelsea and will have learned how to deal with the pressures of expectations at a big club and will be much better at dealing with it this time around hopefully but he is still a risk. AVB的條件更好，因為他已經有波圖跟車車的經驗，比較知道怎麼處理豪門球隊的壓力跟期待，或許更能處理現在狀況，但聘他仍然有風險。 I believe the outstanding candidate is Rafa if you look at the big picture. A bad spell @ Inter should not affect his work at LFC & Valencia also he has the support of all in the Academy as he employed them. I have self confessed clouded judgement when it comes to Rafa as Instanbul was my greatest ever memory as a Kopite so i am biased. The big question is which players can we attract in our current position. Scouts discovering players doesn't really happen as much anymore in the modern game. Nowadays if a player is any good they will already have an agent who will have touted them to 10-15 clubs before anyone knows them. You also have to remember if you are from outside the EU you have to qualify for a work permit to play in England. England is very strict.I think to qualify you have to play in 75% of the last 2 years full internationals for your country, there4 not many secrets outside the EU. Scouting nowadays is more about making decisions on players that have been presented to you by agents. 老實說事情已經不太一樣了。球探挖掘球員這事在現代足球越來越少了。現在如果是真的有料的球員都有經紀人，然後搶先向10到15家球會推銷該球員。還有就是如果你不是歐盟公民，你得先取得英格蘭的工作許可，而英格蘭的工作許可很嚴苛，你得在過去兩年內出現在國家隊75%的比賽大名單裡，因此歐盟區外也沒什麼寶可以挖了。現在球探的工作更多是從經紀人推薦的名單裡決定要買哪些貨。下面有鄉民問他怎麼解釋紐卡的成功跟大盜卡爾收獲... @pauldalglish I would imagine those players were offered to many clubs scouts. Pardew deserves the credit for signing them. Think about it this way. Even if a club does find a player without an agent, the club still has to contact the agent, once there is interest from one club, then agent then uses that interest to go to other clubs to get other offers, big clubs normally win. 我猜經紀人應該四處兜售過那些球員，帕度選擇簽下他。這樣想好了，就算俱樂部可以私下找到球員，俱樂部還是必須要通知他的經紀人，然後那個經紀人一定會趁機向其他俱樂部推銷，大球會通常會贏。 (中略若干他認為找次級聯賽球員比找預備隊好的推文) 鄉民問到那等爸之類的球員怎麼沒被發現... Just because you may not of heard of them doesn't mean they were under the radar. They were all well known players.
