我簡單作個整理：
1. gcc -E 讓編譯器只進行前置處理，自行閱讀所產生的程式碼。
2. 在kernel source tree底下執行make htmldocs，閱讀所產生的說明文件。

htmldocs - HTML
installmandocs - install man pages generated by mandocs
mandocs - man pages
pdfdocs - PDF
psdocs - Postscript
xmldocs - XML DocBook
3. 使用LXR "the Linux Cross Referencer"，閱讀建立好索引與超連結的網頁文件。
