主餐吃豆腐湯,蔬菜的部份用水果代替。
豆腐湯料理:
A.味增湯
豆腐+味增+海帶芽+柴魚片 煮好+麵就能吃 健康美味
B.泡菜湯
豆腐+泡菜+肉片+海帶芽 煮好+麵就能吃 健康美味
以上材料成本,40~45元左右可以搞定~~
最近很多時令水果很便宜:
台中這邊
芭樂一顆10元 15元的就很大顆!
我同事(女)常常中午吃一顆大顆的當午餐,15元解決中餐~~
蓮霧 一斤19~39元(品種不同) 怕糖份高就買最便宜的 比較不甜
蜜棗 一斤19~39元(大小等級不同)
橘子 一顆3元~10元(不同品種、不同大小)
蘋果 一顆10~20元(富士 大小不同)
以上水果都是傳統市場的價格,賣場價格不知~~
