[問題] 早餐如何吃得省錢又健康?
最常看到大家討論的省錢方法就是不要買飲料
改喝自己泡的比較省錢 換算下應該是3元vs15~20元
一天節省了12~17元,算下來一個月就省了400元左右
(更不用說台北市很多中冰奶就賣20元了)
問題一。
大家都說那種沖泡的飲料不健康..
而且我很不喜歡喝熱的…
如果要省錢又要健康怎麼樣比較好??
只能選一大包的豆漿嗎??
問題二。
單吃土司配果醬省錢好像也不是很健康
(以前去打工渡假的時候這樣吃了快一年吧)
可是自己弄個鮪魚三明治還是蛋餅好像太費工了
如何可以吃得省錢健康又不費工呢
(三個願望一次滿足好像有點難…)
