以上這句話中的0.8是指什麼呀?
"Under standard assay conditions and volumes at 22℃ ,the baseline drift
produced by this reaction causes a A340/min of approximately 0.003."
以上這句話中的0.003是指什麼?
不知道有沒有人可以幫我解答~感激不盡!
還有沒有人可以提供詳細的測GST這個酵素的活性方法步驟?(找好久都只有大略的方法)
