如果我理解沒錯的話，還得懂（熟悉）金融商品交易前後台的相關事項才行~~
還得懂會計、風險管理、金融合約之類的。
所以，一般銀行的法務應該很少涉及這一塊的，除非是證券、投資這類法務。
