But he's the closest one to them on the floor. "Pau (Gasol) doesn't have the demeanor," Shaw said. "He's a nice guy. Shaq might've been like, `Give me the ball.' And Kobe might've been like, `Give me the ball.' If you give it to Shaq, it's OK. If you give it to Pau and it doesn't work out, then Kobe might get on you. That it's up to his teammates to be more assertive and confident in their reads and reactions to Bryant for things to evolve to the next level. 老蕭說對於這個顧慮教練團能做的就這麼多而已，關鍵在於他的隊友要能打的更果斷，對自己在場上的判讀還有反抗摳比更有信心，才能讓球隊再升級。 If his teammates hang back, Bryant will push into the void. Even if he's tired. Even if he's past his limit. 如果他的隊友卻步，摳比又將進入一忘我之境界，儘管他累了，儘管他已超出極限了。 "It's part of growing up and playing with a player as great as he is," Shaw said.
