[問題] 英文案件看不懂 拜託大家幫忙 謝謝
我爸的韓國朋友住在美國 (簡稱A)
A找我爸做生意 我爸答應後給了A貨物
但A最後卻給不出貨款
所以我爸隔海請了美國當地的律師(簡稱B)
美國法院最近判了我爸這邊勝訴
但因為A是韓國人 所以我爸還要把美國法院的判決送去給韓國法院看
(以上這句是B跟我爸說的)
所以B擬了一份文件 要送去給韓國的法院
而這份文件要我爸簽名 但我爸看不懂裡面的內容 故不敢貿然簽名 希望有人能幫幫我
以下為B要給韓國法院的文件內容:
1. Transferor(我爸) had designated 律師B的公司 at Ronald P. Slates, Law Firm--a professional corporation--as a legal representative of this case,
after receiving personal guarantee from 韓國人A, who reside in 19707, Cleveland Bay Lane, Yorba Linda, California 92886, and Hip &
Hip and Denim Solution, corporations with their registered office in
California, the U.S.; and, as shown in the attached court judgment, and the
decision of the court on the case (the case number BC433106 of the District
of Los Angeles County, California, U.S.A) was given that the defendants—Hip
& Hip, Denim Solution, 韓國人A—shall pay $ 1,790,987.68
to 律師B的公司, the representative of 我爸的公司, and, hereby, a
judgment for mortgage was also given by the court.
2. The transferor and transferee shall agree to transfer the rights worth $
600,000 out of the judgment credit ($ 1,790,987.68) against 韓國人A in
accordance with the confirmed judgment of the case--the case number BC433106
of the District of Los Angeles County, California, U.S.A
想問 第一點的最後一句 和 第二點的全部 是什麼意思?
