As a Project Development Associate under R&D Department, you main job tasks an
d responsibilities would be:
뜠 Participate in product research, strategy, and development requireme
nts, and coordinate manufacturing process
뜠 Assist Project Managers with general administrative tracking and var
ious reports
뜠 Prepare request for quotation and provide request for proposal packa
ge to suppliers
뜠 Negotiate price and payment terms with suppliers for management revi
ew and approval
뜠 Work cross-functionally for new item development and quality issues
뜠 Sample testing and evaluation
뜠 Daily item updates to ERP system and to project management software
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
뜠 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
뜠 Must be able to multi task, prioritize and have the ability to adapt
quickly
뜠 Strategic thinker with proven track of execution
뜠 A bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree in business management o
r related field
뜠 1-2 year experience with sourcing, product development or project co
ordinator
뜠 Automotive aftermarket experience a plus!
뜠 Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus!
