[租屋] Irvine 找室友
大家好
由於現任室友要歸國 2月中要找新室友了！
我們住在3bd/2.5bth appartment 裏
2 floors, 樓下是客廳廚房 樓上是房間們 一個master 兩個bd share 一個bath.
要找的是其中一個bedroom的室友 會和另一位室友共用衛浴
公寓資料如下
『位置』
位於 San Marino, Irvine (Alton & Culver)
5 min. 大華超市, 5 min. Jamboree Diamond 廣場（H-mart / 85C cafe）
10 min. UC Irvine
『交通』
3 min. to I-405 Freeway, 8 min. to I-5
Route79, 86, 53....
『公共設施』
Two Swimming pools, Jacuzzi, laundry

附車位 (步行3min 到公車站)

4min. driving to Target, LA Fitness.......(Crossroad plaza)
房租每月795+水電
有在找地方住或著是有朋友沒地方住的跟我說喔
