RENT INFORMATION:
I have 2 bedrooms in the first floor of my house for rent and would appreciate
if you could forward this information to someone looking for a place to rent,
especially exchange professors or students from Asia who can speak Chinese
Mandarin or Taiwanese:

Rooms/partial house for rent in beautiful and quiet single family home
in Culver City (cross streets Barman and Elena).
One block from Veteran's Park, two blocks from K-12 schools, walking
distance to La Bellona Creek/Beach Bike Path, 5 minute drive to West
L.A. Metro Station.
UCLA (9 miles), USC (9 miles), Santa Monica College (6 miles).

Private front and back yards, private driveway parking.
(1). One bedroom ($750 per month/one person per room):
shared bathroom with other renter,
living room, dining room, kitchen with owner and other renter.
(2). Two bedrooms rented together for family ($1,450 per month).
Price for families only, such as husband/wife/children, or
sisters/brothers.
Private bathroom, living room, and dining;
kitchen which share with owner. About 1,100 S.F.

(1). no pets allowed.
(2a).no central heat (can use private space heaters in winter).
(2b).no central air conditioning (don't need it; very cool climate).
(3). please keep quiet-- no partying, all neighbors are very quiet
around my house

upstairs);

(6). rent contract: one year, more if tenant wants to extend.
