The Knicks have made Lakers coaching candidate Kurt Rambis a four-year offer
of roughly $1.2 million per year to be rookie coach Derek Fisher’s top
assistant, according to an NBA source.
甜瓜的下一站是湖人, 但尼克已先對也是湖人隊
總教練熱門人選之一的 Kurt Ramis 提出報價.
據 NBA 內部消息指出, 尼克提出了一份每年約 US$1.2M 維期長 4 年的合約給 Rambis.
並希望 Rambis 能成為首席的助理教練，來幫忙陣中的菜鳥教練 Fisher.
The offer is close to what was billed as the largest assistant’s contract in
NBA history, given by the Cavaliers to Tyronn Lue, who signed a four-year,
$6.4 million pact.
這份報價將成為 NBA 史上「助理」教練所獲得的第二名肥約,
第一名的是 Tyronn Lue 與騎士簽下的 4 年 US$6.4M ($1.6M/year).
Rambis coached on Phil Jackson’s staff in both the Zen Master’s stints with
the Lakers and used the triangle as head coach with the Timberwolves.
Ironically, Carmelo Anthony is expected to be in Los Angeles on Thursday to
meet with the Lakers, and would like to know who their coach may be.

Rambis was drafted by the Knicks in the second round in 1980 but was waived
before playing a game.
Rambis 加入 NBA 是 1980 年時，尼克以第二輪選進來的球員，
但還沒能以尼克球員的身份出賽，就遭剔除球員名單中。
