我當天就回信給他們正確的地址、
也把在 Ticketmaster 網站上個人資料的地址修正了。
隔天也收到他們的回信跟我說沒問題。
信件內容如下:

然後……一直到今天……在板上看了那~~~麼多的開箱文之後,
我才驚覺怎麼我到現在還沒收到 O﹍Q""""
上 Tickermaster 網站上看我的歷史訂單,這一筆的日期是 1/30。
我當初也以為跟板上很多板友一樣會是 1/30 前收到,
就放心的沒再去多注意了。
結果現在好像也過1/30很久了……
我是 11/7 下訂單的,信用卡款也扣了。
想請問一下我該用什麼方式、或是找哪個單位聯絡我的OPUS問題才好呢QQ?
