[閒聊] 這樣鍋燒麵的售價大家能否接受呢消失

小弟目前籌備開店中
其中有販售鍋燒麵
請問大家料跟售價這樣大家能接受嗎
湯頭蠻有信心的
因為全程不關火在熬
所以撇除湯頭部分
蛤蜊*2(中大顆)蝦子*2(中大隻)鱈魚丸*1
肉絲(當天現宰豬肉自醃)雞蛋,白菜
金針菇,黑木耳
這樣70塊,店面有冷氣
這樣價格大家ok嘛
另外大家會喜歡吃讚岐烏龍麵嘛?
雖然成本貴貴的,售價會提高
想問一下接受度如何
麻煩大家給小弟一點意見

之前有試過用肉片,但是大多是冷凍火鍋肉片
小弟覺得還是要用當天現宰豬肉絲
湯頭才會有肉的甜,不然豬肉片便宜多了
