九月底時曾與捷星航空客服聯繫，給與“航班因應COVID-19疫情造成無法正常航行，會在出發前一個月至半個月前通知後續動作。” 今日收到郵件通知已經可以退票。(代金券) 我是台北大阪航線，11月出發。請有訂捷星航空的朋友翻找一下郵件喔。 We’re sorry to let you know that we’ve significantly reduced the number of Jet star Asia scheduled services. As such, your flight/s on booking xxxxx have been cancelled and we are unable to accommodate you on an alternative service. We’ve made this decision in response to the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) sit uation, including various government-imposed travel restrictions beyond our cont rol.
