The applicant must satisfy following conditions:
MUST hold nationality of countries that have diplomatic relations with Japan.
DOES NOT hold nationality of Japan.
如果 diplomatic relations 是指邦交國
那台灣 與 日本 或許沒有吧
但是 中國與台灣有啊
如果日本不接受台灣申請 不是會違反一個中國原則???
有人有提出這個疑問過嗎？
