[問題] ebay遇到詐騙

這幾天狂逛ebay想下標顯卡 由於最近顯卡熱潮 每張bid飆到原價快兩倍 今天看到一張販售原價格 怕被搶走就立刻下標 下標後看描述才發現店家寫 This is only a picture of the Graphics Card. You will receive a picture in the mail. WHAT???!!! 趕快聯絡賣家 並立刻在ebay送出取消要求 結果得到 Unfortunately, the seller let us know that they can no longer cancel this order. https://i.imgur.com/6xpihLj.png

賣家已讀不回 付款是用paypal接富邦信用卡付的 大概一小時前下標的 1. 有看到推文建議 (https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/IntlShopping/M.1458806061.A.8F2.html Paypal開申訴 試過會導到ebay https://i.imgur.com/gs6gmLP.png

兩個選項都試過 目前顯示 無法申訴 It is too early to start a return You can start a return on Jan 27, 2021. In the meantime, if you have any questions about the item, you can contact the seller. https://i.imgur.com/LkOASOi.png
