[問題] ASOS尺寸不合換鞋竟直接送我一雙鞋?

事情是這樣的 11月底的時候訂了一雙UK 11皮靴 上禮拜收到的時候是錯的尺寸UK13 立馬拍了吊牌當附檔寄了客訴信去問看看能不能換貨 因為小弟沒有換貨的經驗 花了些時間爬文換貨教學、換貨單也填好了正準備過幾天連絡skynet來收 就在這個moment!!!客服回信了!! Best wishes, Lara" 然後就發生了我的帳戶多了一個正確的UK11的order 但是狀態一直在precessing 我就寄了第二封去問到底要不要付錢或寄回去 Hello, I sent a email cuple of days ago to ask the problem of receiving the wrong size shoe. The Query number is: 141203-123456 And I receive this email: (附上Lara那封) But the status of this replace order (number: 13512xxx) is always "processing". Does it means that I don't have to send back the wrong shoes? And the email said that it will provide me the detail of my replacement in 24 hrs. But no one sent another email to me.... 然後就收到原文章中的第二封信了 也沒有跟我說到底要不要寄回去@@"
