Re: [問題] amazon最近在擋海外信用卡?
無論新舊帳號，放上新卡號都會先預刷1塊以驗證卡片有效，
這1塊錢不會請款，只是確認可以刷而已，
你的狀況，打電話去銀行問比較能釐清問題，
照Amazon的說法，是銀行拒絕授權，
因為帳單資訊不符。
看到你說申請"新的"帳號，
原本的不能用嗎?
有時候，也有可能是紀錄不好被鎖帳號，但很少數就是了。
