[問題] 我的paypal被鎖了原因想不透阿...

我真的搞不懂paypal的作業方式 >"< 話說我在3904篇問到在無信用卡認證下進行買balance轉我下標item的paypal 總額在USD$135。而在無認證下，可進行accept別人轉入的balance 還能夠交易balance在限額$1000美金以下。稍早我買入了$135美金的balance 隨後我馬上支付我下標的item 可是不久我進入paypal要更改錯誤寄送地址時發現我的paypal account被limited起來了 (錯愕..) 事情怎會這樣？我完全遵照遊戲規則走阿～囧到底是哪裡出了錯我將paypal上看的資訊po上請大大幫我分析一下 *************** PayPal is constantly working to ensure security by regularly screening the accounts in our system.
