paypal今天好像終於收到我的傳真了

paypal的意思是不是說3~5個工作天內 會將我的limit限制取消 讓帳戶回歸正常呢?
應該是這個意思吧? 如果照英文來看的話.......不知道有沒有大大知道呢?
因為對paypal的流程不太了解
