在這樣的狀態下 買家還可以取消claim嗎
還是我應該再怎麼做
因為他這邊寫的request for action to seller
我看到我能做的只有授權他扣款的樣子
剛剛我已經寫信給paypal 附上買家跟我說已經收到東西的信件
可是看paypal上面寫的 好像處理完也要30天
