[問題] 35歲拿到綠卡還需要註冊美國兵役嗎

不好意思，又有綠卡相關問題想請教先生35歲今年一月收到綠卡，律師信其中一條規定如下： MILITARY OBLIGATIONS Males between the ages of 18 and 25 must register for the draft within 30 days of becoming a permanent resident. In addition, all males should register with the U.S. Selective Service as soon as they turn 18. This can be done at most U.S. post offices. Note that this is strictly a registration.
